Mickey was kind enough to give my one of his trial windshield fairings, I will share it with you the best I can.

The first photo is the fairing before I flattened it. It is on a hardware cloth screen with a 1/2" grid.

The second photo is the angle of the bend, unfortunately the camera focused on the driveway, however you get the idea.

The third photo is after I flattened it with the rivet gun, it is on the same ½ grid.

The fifth is the flaw that was present on the fairing, it looked like it was ever so slightly over bent. So if anything make the new one with a slightly greater radius.
